Assistant Event Coordinator Application

This position will be on as needed basis throughout the year and an ideal candidate would have a job or other commitment that fills their weekdays, but is looking for something extra on the weekends. This is a great opportunity for those who are wanting to get into the wedding and events industry. Experience is definitely a plus but we are willing to train the right candidates!

Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Able to review event day Timeline & Setup Plans in advance

  • Setup & style personal client decor

  • Assist with managing vendor arrivals and deliveries; communicating with then throughout the evening

  • Attend to couple as needed

  • Assist with end of night procedures and event breakdown

Additional Details:

  • Can work well under pressure and on a timeline

  • Takes direction well but is able to work on their own and with a team

  • Able to work for 8-12+ hours in one day

  • Is reliable and has reliable transportation

  • Has great organizational and communication skills!
