Guided Planning Upgrades

We offer two Guided Planning Options that can be added onto our Management & Coordination Package:

Option 1: MEETING HOURS

  • With this add on, you receive Five Additional Meeting Hours to be used anytime during planning. We track our time together via your Client Portal and nothing is off limits. Consultation Hours can also be used for Preliminary Site Visits. Additional Hours can be added at a reduced rate.

Option 2: DESIGN CONSULTATION

  • We create an Overall Design Plan, which will serve as a guide for all design related vendor bookings. This option also includes early venue visits with layout design and custom sourcing related Vendors that fit within your preferred budget and theme. We remain the main point of contact for design related vendors beginning with initial inquiry. These can include General & Speciality Rentals, Paper, and Florals. Additionally, we become the main point of contact with your Venue as we work to ensure your design plans flow cohesively with the spaces utilized.
